Author Kim Rockman

Let your skin get the treatment you deserve for a glowing finish without having to leave the house.

These recipes will help combat common skin issues and leave your face feeling revitalized!

1. Deep clean pores.

One tablespoon of dried oats and lukewarm water, combine into a paste, and apply directly on the face massaging it gently. Leave it on for 15 mins and rinse.

2. Hydrate and nourish.

Apply one raw egg yolk to the face and leave to dry. Rinse off the yolk and enjoy a soft and moisturized skin finish.

3. Youthfull skin.

Combine one teaspoon of coffee and two teaspoons of honey. Apply to the face and rinse off after 15 mins.

4. Acne.

Two teaspoons of honey and one teaspoon cinnamon powder combined. Massage gently and leave for 10 mins.

5. Dark spots.

Mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder to yogurt and apply to the face for 10 - 15 mins.

6. Oil reduction.

One tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar and apply to the face with a cotton pad. Rinse off after 5 mins.

7. Face scrub.

Combine one teaspoon of sugar and two teaspoons of honey. Massage gently and rinse off.

I recommend doing these facials at least once or twice a week after a shower because the steam opens up pores and, the product will get into the skin easier.
